2. Mobile Numbers and SMS Consent Are Never Shared or Sold
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party.
The only exceptions are the service providers who process this information solely on our behalf and under our instructions in order to deliver our messages and manage your inquiry (see Section 6), and disclosures required by law. These providers are not permitted to use your mobile number or consent data for their own purposes.
3. Information We Collect
When you submit our project inquiry (lead) form at blanc.design, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- ZIP code
- Project type
- Budget
- Timeline
When you visit our website, we also automatically collect basic web analytics and advertising-attribution data:
- UTM parameters and campaign attribution (which ad or link brought you to our site)
- Coarse location derived from your IP address (city/region/country)
- Device type and similar technical information
We do not collect payment card information through the website.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiry about a custom millwork project
- Contact you by phone, email, or text message (SMS) about your inquiry
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on design consultations
- Manage and follow up on your project
- Understand how visitors find and use our website, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights
We do not use your information for third-party marketing, and we do not send promotional text-message blasts.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number on our lead form, you consent to receive text messages from Blanc related to your inquiry — for example, replies to your questions, consultation scheduling and confirmations, and project follow-ups. These messages are transactional and customer-care in nature; we do not send marketing or promotional SMS campaigns.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Blanc.
- Opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent.
- Need help? Reply HELP to any message, call us at (424) 470-8710, or email info@blanc.design.
- Supported carriers include all major US carriers.
For the full terms governing our SMS program, please see our SMS Terms & Conditions.
6. Service Providers (Processing on Our Behalf)
We use a small number of service providers to operate our business, such as:
- A messaging platform (for example, Twilio) to send and receive text messages
- A customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage inquiries and projects
- Website hosting and analytics providers
These providers process your information (including your phone number) only on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide their services to us. This is not third-party marketing sharing — they are not permitted to use, sell, or share your information for their own or anyone else’s marketing purposes.
7. When We May Disclose Information
Apart from the service providers above, we disclose personal information only:
- When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Blanc, our clients, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case the successor will be bound by this Policy’s commitments (including Section 2)
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Data Retention
- Inquiry and contact information: for the duration of our communications with you and a reasonable period afterward for business records
- Project and contract records: as required for legal, accounting, and warranty purposes
- SMS opt-out records: retained indefinitely so we can honor your opt-out
- Analytics and attribution data: retained in aggregate or for limited periods consistent with our analytics tools
You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of text messages (or simply reply STOP)

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access, correction, or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share your personal information within the meaning of the CCPA. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 1; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — including limiting access to those who need it and using reputable, security-conscious service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us personal information, contact us at info@blanc.design and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at https://blanc.design and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes to how we handle mobile numbers or SMS consent will not reduce the protections in Section 2.
