SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-messaging program operated by Andrew Blanc LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as “Blanc” (“Blanc,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Blanc is a direct manufacturer of bespoke European millwork — custom kitchens, closets, vanities, and wardrobes — based in Los Angeles.
When you submit an inquiry through the lead form at https://blanc.design and provide your mobile phone number, Blanc may send you transactional and customer-care text messages related to your inquiry, including:
- Replies to your project inquiry and questions
- Scheduling, confirmation, and reminders for design consultations
- Follow-ups regarding your project
This program does not send marketing or promotional text-message blasts.
2. Consent and Opt-In
- By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number on the lead form at blanc.design, you consent to receive text messages from Blanc about your inquiry, consultations, and project.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Blanc.
- You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provided, or that you have the account holder’s authorization to enroll that number. You agree to notify us promptly if you change or deactivate your mobile number.
3. Message Frequency and Cost
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to every message sent to or received from Blanc. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
4. Opting Out
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Text STOP in reply to any message from Blanc.
- After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further text messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

6. Supported Carriers and Carrier Disclaimer
- The program is supported on major US carriers (including, for example, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their networks) and may be supported on additional carriers.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability, and delivery is not guaranteed.
7. Eligibility
- The program is available only to mobile subscribers in the United States.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the account holder (or an authorized user) of the mobile number provided, to participate.
- By participating, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you are authorized to receive text messages at the number you supplied.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information — including our commitment that mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes — is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these SMS Terms by reference.
9. Changes; Termination
- We may modify these SMS Terms or suspend or terminate the program at any time. The current version will always be posted at https://blanc.design with the “Last updated” date shown above.
- Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms. If you do not agree, reply STOP to opt out.
10. General; Governing Law
- Blanc is not responsible for charges, errors, or message-delivery failures attributable to your carrier, your device, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
- If any provision of these SMS Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
